 I used to be terrified of heights always feeling nervous when I was far off the ground. One day, I decided to face my fear and try paragliding at the beach. As I was up in the air above the waves the wind hitting my face, I felt an unexpected sense of freedom. The view from up high was breathtaking and my fear slowly faded away. Now I look forward to the thrill of flying no longer afraid of the heights that once terrified me.
