 In 8th grade, there was a time when I felt completely lost in Algebra. We had just begun learning about quadratic equations, and no matter how hard I tried, nothing made sense. I sat at my desk, staring at the problems on the board, feeling like the numbers and letters were speaking a different language. The more I tried to figure it out, the more confused I became. Then the teacher called on me to answer a question, and my mind went completely blank. My heart started pounding as I fumbled over my words, wishing I could just sink into the floor and disappear.

Reflection:That moment in Algebra taught me that it’s okay to struggle and not understand things immediately. I learned that asking for help
