I used to be obsessed with Hot Wheels and I would collect them and line them up and race them around the house like they were real cars. I would be excited to go to Kroger or Walmart with my dad to buy them. I could spend hours just playing with them. Eventually I grew out of it, the cars ended up in a box in my closet. But every now and then I think about them and kind of miss those simple fun moments. Summaary I used to love collecting and playing with Hot Wheels and even though I grew out of them, I still miss those fun and simple times. Every year on my birthday, my parents would wake me up by singing "Las Mananitas." Their voices would fill the room and I'd wake up feeling happy. It always made my whole day hearing them sing. Even now hearing the song brings back those warm memories. "Las Mananitas" will always remind me of those joyful birthday mornings.
